About the Bootcamp
The River Club Bootcamp is a fun, uplifting fitness community with a proven track record for results. Established in 2010 by Dan Barnes, Elliot Favell and Jez Ranger, our passion is helping you to achieve results within a fun, friendly and motivational environment.
We use a variety of science-led training styles focusing on an interval training methodology, combining high intensity cardiovascular work, with strength training and speed work. During our outdoor group sessions, we work out with a range of equipment – battle ropes, kettle bells, slam balls and core bags, to name a few.
After delivering more than 20,000 hours of sessions, we added online fitness classes to your Bootcamp membership. This includes Yoga, Pilates and a variety of Conditioning, all hosted virtually by us and our lovely instructors.
We also now offer an Online Only membership, with access to 6 virtual sessions per week.
A free monthly recipe book is included with any River Club Bootcamp membership!
